The Automeyes measurement system uses patent-pending technology to perform accurate ophthalmic measurements for patients seeking to wear both multi-focal and single vision lens products. This innovative system can provide not only industry standard measurement, but advanced point-of-wear measurements. Simply using a digital photo. no additional devices needed to attach to the patient or the frame.
STEP 1 - INFO
Provide patient name or reference number and frame information to include in the record for accurate storage.
STEP 2 - PHOTO
- Take a picture on a camera-ready device of the patient wearing their selected frames. Photo tips: Make sure the patient is facing the camera, the photo is taking from eye level, and they are sitting naturally.
- Some patients may want to take their own photo for convenience, it is preferred that someone else take their photo, but a good selfie following the tips above could work as well.
- If using a traditional camera, you may also upload a picture.
STEP 3 - VERIFY
Zoom into the picture and pinpoint the various positions requested for calculation. To increase accuracy, use a mouse or stylus when pinpointing the reference points.
STEP 4 - CALCULATE
Let the Automeyes tool work for you and view results. We will happily work with your practice management software to seamlessly export this data.
